| Sara Rue was born in the US. The actress is best known because of her portrayal as Claudia Claude Casey, a character from ABC Networks' sitcom Less Than Perfect. As a young actress She appeared on movies and television shows including Grand and Rocket Gibraltar. Her career progressed to becoming one of the top TV actors, appearing in a myriad of roles over the years. Rue has been in key characters in films like For Christ's Sake Gypsy 83and Miss Dial. Rue is also a part of stage plays such as The Water Children and Gregg Henry's musical Little Egypt. In 2009she was a celebrity brand ambassador for the popular diet firm Jenny Craig.
